By accessing or using any service offered under 3FO — a program operated by Affiliate Marketing 3.0 DAO LLC — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

DAO Governance
3FO operates under the decentralized governance structure of Affiliate Marketing 3.0 DAO LLC.
All strategic and operational decisions follow community standards, DAO protocols, and governance rules as set forth by the parent organization.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the 3FO or Affiliate Marketing 3.0 DAO LLC name, logo, or services for unauthorized promotions.
Create or share false endorsements or testimonials.
Infringe upon intellectual property belonging to 3FO or its parent organization.
Use the services to defame the company, DAO members, or its leadership.
Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws.
No Association Clause
3FO and Affiliate Marketing 3.0 DAO LLC are not affiliated, associated, or partnered — directly or indirectly — with weareallsatoshi.org (WAAS), Sam Lee, or any of their related entities.
Any claims to the contrary are false, unauthorized, and prohibited.
Legal Protections for IBOs
For 3FO, every person with an active paid subscription is recognized as an Independent Business Owner (IBO).

Dispute Resolution
Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction).
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
By using 3FO, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Token-based reward programs.
Community resources and educational materials.
Virtual events and promotional assets.
Decentralized participation opportunities through DAO governance.
Any disputes will be resolved under the laws of the jurisdiction where Affiliate Marketing 3.0 DAO LLC’s lead contributor resides — currently Dubai, UAE — unless otherwise required by applicable law.
In certain matters, arbitration may be required.
They are entitled to the same protections as defined in Affiliate Marketing 3.0 DAO LLC’s Legal Disclaimer.
May use these Terms of Service and associated legal documents as binding instruments to enforce their rights.
Can initiate legal proceedings within their jurisdiction for any violations, infringements, or defamatory actions affecting their business or participation in 3FO.
May seek civil, criminal, or administrative remedies as permitted under local, national, or international law.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to 3FO services at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, community rules, or applicable laws.
Limitation of Liability
3FO services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
We disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
