Applicability of Parent Company Disclaimers
3FO is a product and program operated under Affiliate Marketing 3.0 DAO LLC. All legal disclaimers, terms, conditions and policies of Affiliate Marketing 3.0 DAO LLC — including but not limited to the Terms and Conditions, Terms of Service, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Legal Disclaimer — apply fully to 3FO, its services, products, promotions, and any associated marketing activities.
By engaging with 3FO, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by all such terms as set forth by Affiliate Marketing 3.0 DAO LLC.
Independent Business Owner (IBO) Definition
Legal Protections for IBOs
For 3FO, every individual holding an active, paid subscription will be deemed an Independent Business Owner (IBO).
IBOs are recognized as independent participants and do not hold any employment relationship with 3FO or Affiliate Marketing 3.0 DAO LLC.
All IBOs participating in 3FO are afforded the same legal protections and rights under the governing terms of Affiliate Marketing 3.0 DAO LLC.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Unauthorized Use & Misrepresentation
Any unauthorized use of the Affiliate Marketing 3.0 DAO LLC or 3FO name, brand, platform, or intellectual property — including but not limited to false association, misleading promotions, unauthorized endorsements, or impersonation — is strictly prohibited.
Such violations will result in immediate legal action, which may include cease-and-desist orders, civil proceedings, and/or criminal prosecution in applicable jurisdictions.
Limitation of Liability
Protection against false claims, defamation, and unauthorized use of branding as detailed in the parent company’s Legal Disclaimer.
Coverage under all enforcement clauses for misrepresentation, fraud prevention, and intellectual property protection.
Rights to market and endorse 3FO under approved guidelines and policies.
Enforcement
Issue takedown notices against infringing content.
Pursue defamation and fraud claims.
Seek damages for intellectual property violations.
Terminate IBO status in cases of misconduct or breach of terms.
Reservation of Rights
We reserve the right to modify or update this disclaimer without prior notice. Continued participation in 3FO constitutes acceptance of the most current version of this document.
IBOs may rely on this Legal Disclaimer, in whole or in part, as an official legal instrument to assert and enforce their rights, and to initiate legal proceedings against any violation, infringement, or defamation arising from their participation in 3FO, within the jurisdiction applicable to them.
Such enforcement may include civil and/or criminal proceedings, claims for damages, injunctions, and any other remedies available under applicable local, national, or international law.
3FO operates on decentralized, blockchain-based infrastructure. We are not liable for:
Loss of digital assets due to user error, smart contract vulnerabilities, or third-party protocol failures.
False representations made by unaffiliated individuals or entities claiming association with 3FO.
Actions taken by IBOs that violate applicable laws or the terms of Affiliate Marketing 3.0 DAO LLC.
We reserve the full legal right to:
